ALX Access Fee
All successful applicants to the ALX Pathway will be charged a non-refundable Access Fee. This fee gives you access to ALX Tech Hubs, the Professional Foundations program, the ALX community, events, infrastructure, and learning resources. It covers any subsequent partner qualifying requirements or application fees.
Meanwhile, it is not a tuition fee, but rather a cost that grants access to the ALX environment. Partner fees and eligibility conditions may also apply in addition.

The administration and course costs for the chosen course must be paid in line with the tables above: either in monthly subscription payments equal to the full course fees or in a Pay-in-Full, One-Time Payment at the rate shown in the appropriate column above.
Enrolment is incomplete until Sand Tech Holdings Limited (“Sand”) receives full payment of the above mentioned fees.
Pay-as-you-learn Monthly Payment
If a learner chooses to pay monthly, the first month’s price must be paid before the payment deadline is informed. Enrollment is not finalized until Sand receives full payment for the first month’s fee. All subsequent payments are subject to the monthly billing cycle, which begins 10 days before the first of the next month.
If learners withdraw from the course before the next billing cycle, their payment responsibilities for Monthly Subscription Fees will terminate.
Payment confirmation will be sent to the payer’s email address specified at the point of transaction and for each payment cycle. It is the learner’s responsibility to follow up on whether Sand has received money.
Pay-in-Full, One-Time Payments
If a learner chooses to pay the Pay-in-Full One-Time Payment, the payment for the chosen program must be made by the last business day of the enrollment session. Sand’s enrollment is incomplete until he receives full payment of the course fees. Payment confirmation will be sent to the payer’s email address, provided at the point of sale.
It is the learner’s responsibility to follow up on whether Sand has received money.

ALX Methods of Payment
By logging into the ALX portal, accepted candidates will receive an automatically created invoice with a payment link from Stripe, ALX’s robust worldwide payment gateway.
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and international wire transfers payable to Sand Tech Holdings Limited are all accepted payment options. Mobile money is also a viable solution in some regions. Sand maintains the right to update or modify payment methods at any moment. If Sand discontinues a payment method, Sand will try to notify learners 90 days before any changes. Learners may switch between allowed payment options at any time.
- Fawry Pay: it is another commonly accepted payment mechanism in various areas. It role remains restricted to collecting payments on behalf of Sand Tech Holdings confined.
- Pay-as-you-learn: If the initial payment was made using a card, the fees will be withdrawn automatically on the dates specified above for monthly payments.
Sand will email the applicant to confirm enrollment if all payments are collected on schedule. Learners are responsible for ensuring that Sand has received the payments.
There will be 50/50 installments, with the first payment due upon completion of your Foundations Module and no later than ten days after receiving the payment request email.
