1. Career & Technical Education
The FPCS NAF College & Career Academies are demanding, dynamic, industry-aligned programs that ensure students are ready for postsecondary pathways and in-demand, high-growth careers. A Director and competent CTE Teachers work together to provide all-around support for students enrolled in the programs at Academies.
More than 110,000 students are served by NAF nationally, in 34 states, including Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. In 2019, 99% of seniors graduated, and 86% of them intended to attend college, according to NAF academies. The four components of the NAF Academy educational design are work-based learning, curriculum and instruction, industry advisory boards, and academy development and structure.

2. Friendship Summer Academic Program
Your kids can catch up or go ahead throughout the summer, participate in experiential learning, and take fascinating field trips to discover the city. Every summer, Friendship provides both current students and newcomers with a variety of academic activities to get them ready for the best school year ever.
3. Friendship Cares Summer Camp
Friendship Cares is Friendship Public Charter School’s licensed extended day program operated at all six elementary campuses: Armstrong, Blow Pierce, Chamberlain, Ideal, Southeast, and Woodridge campuses. To access this summer camp program, you need to pay a weekly fee of $75 per child (Pre-K3 and up).
4. Summer Enrichment Camps
The enrichment programs offered by Friendship will run from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in elementary and middle schools and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in high schools. There are no camps on July 3rd and 4th, Monday and Tuesday.
Following the conclusion of each day’s Summer Learning Academy (SLA), afternoon enrichment camps begin. To take part in the enrichment camps, all scholars must be enrolled in a summer academic program that runs from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
