How to Complete the Enrollment Process
- Fill out the Enrollment Inquiry Form.
- Expect two emails from our Enrollment Team. The first will be a Welcome Email containing sample classes and an informational video about 21CCCS. The second email will contain a Registration Application Link to start enrollment.
- Once they receive the Registration Application, their Enrollment Team will process it and you will receive the Enrollment Pack via email to be completed.
- This Enrollment Pack must contain an up-to-date immunization record, proof of age, and two proofs of Pennsylvania residency.
- Upon receipt of your completed pack, you will receive an email from the Registrar of your child’s official enrollment status and their start date.
Note: The Enrollment Pack will self-submit once you provide all the required information.

Curriculum
21CCCS staff develops our Pennsylvania Core Standards-aligned curriculum. Developing our own curriculum allows us to ensure that the course material suits our online learning environment and provides the highest quality. This process also provides us with the flexibility to modify the curriculum or assignments to meet individual student needs when necessary.
All of their courses are designed to help students in the next phase of their lives, whether that means continuing their education or joining the workforce. Their teachers, Academic Advisors, and school counseling department work together to ensure a student meets the necessary graduation requirements.
A syllabus is presented for each subject, and assignments help students move forward. Students are allowed to use the internet to access classes, complete assignments or check their teachers for feedback. On the other end, teachers are available in virtual offices from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for live support.
Supplies for classes are provided for students as when due. A traditional textbook, an online version of the material, or a combination of the two may be used in 21CCCS classes. Each kid also receives a graphic tablet and calculator from us. When necessary for a particular course, art and physical education kits, as well as other technology, like a digital camera, are offered. Students can create a learning environment that is personalized to their individual needs in our adaptable, asynchronous environment. They are free to plan their days around a convenient school schedule. One teacher is designated to act as the academic advisor for each student.
