Applications are invited for a one-week Journalism Fellowship Programme at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in the field of oceanography and ocean engineering. This fellowship is available for international Journalist.
This fellowship motivated graduate student or post-doctoral researcher, a curious undergraduate, or a bright young high school student. WHOI is helping shape this future by offering a wide range of programs and opportunities for students and young scientists at all stages of their development.
The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is a private, nonprofit research and higher education facility dedicated to the study of all aspects of marine science and engineering and to the education of marine researchers. The Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is dedicated to research and education to advance understanding of the ocean and its interaction with the Earth system, and to communicating this understanding for the benefit of society.
Course Level: This is a one-week, residential fellowship programme.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the fellowship:
- The ideal candidates will have at least two years of writing, producing, or editing experience for a general-interest audience.
Nationality: International journalists are welcome to apply for this fellowship programme.

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have at least two years of writing, producing, or editing experience for a general-interest audience.
English Language Requirement: Applicants must have excellent English language skills (highly proficient in spoken and written English).
