This fellowship provides support for scholarship holders via organizing regular workshops and an intranet platform which enables scholarship holders to present their research and have methodologies and findings discussed among their fellows. German and English are the working languages.
To apply for this scholarship programme, University degree(s) with outstanding marks is required, the date of applicant’s latest degree should not be before February 2015 and formal qualification for doctoral studies / acceptance on a doctoral programme at a recognized university is required too. Furthermore, there should be a research project having its focus on the history and culture of Central European Jewry.
Worthy of note, only complete application sets will be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview in Frankfurt in April 2019.

CAORC Research Fellowships for US and Foreign Nationals, 2018-2019
CAORC, an acronym meaning Council of American Overseas Research Centers is presently open to applications for The NEH Senior Research Fellowship Program and CAORC Multi-Country Research Fellowship for the 2018-19 academic session. This fellowship is available for US and Foreign nationals.
The deadline for this scholarship is January 24, 2019 and with regards to the course level, fellowships are available to pursue research.
The research fellowships responsible for this programme supports advanced research in the humanities and advanced regional or transregional research in the humanities, social sciences, or allied natural sciences.
