The Swedish Institute provides scholarships in Sweden to highly-qualified international students from developing countries who want to pursue full-time Masters studies at Swedish Universities. VLIR-UOS Scholarships (Belgium)

The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for outstanding postgraduate studies students from selected developing countries who have no other means of financing their studies. The foundation awards this scholarship once a year on a 50% grant, 50% loan basis through a competitive application process.
