Ruth Dobson’s Annual Master in Diplomacy Scholarship in Australia


This scholarship is offered on annual basis by Asia Pacific College of Diplomacy (APCD). International students from selected regions are welcome to apply. Those are selected will be undertaking MA program majoring in diplomacy. The scholarship covers tuition fees of the program. Please anticipate the deadline in October each year.

Description (Aim & About Sponsor)
Each year the Asia Pacific College of Diplomacy (APCD) may award one scholarship known as the Ruth Dobson Scholarship. The Scholarship is available to one international student who is applying for admission to the Master of Diplomacy program offered by the APCD.

Level and Area of Studies
Master program in Diplomacy-related studies.

Place of Study
The study can be taken in Australia.

Award Value
Each of the successful applicants will be granted benefits as follow: a tuition fee sponsorship for 24 units of compulsory or core diplomacy courses in the Master of Diplomacy program offered by the APCD.

Applicants’ Nationality
Candidates should be the citizen of a country in Latin America, Europe, Asia, North America or the Middle East; and is not eligible for an Australia Award Scholarship or in receipt of another scholarship/s.

Eligibility and Criteria
This scholarship open those meet the criteria as follow:
– defined under the terms of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000;
– has received an offer of admission;
– will commence the Master’s degree for the first time and remain a full- time student;

How To Apply
All applicants are required to provide all of the documents as follow:
– A copy of your academic transcript/s
– A current Curriculum Vitae
– Two academic written references

Those documents should be submitted to the Director of Studies, APCD. These, together with the application for the program (made online), will be considered as the full application for the scholarship.

Submission Deadline
Please anticipate the deadline in October each year.
