Referring to the provisions of Article. 90 h Act of 7 September 1991. Education System (Dz. U. of 2016. Item. 1943, as amended.) And the Council of Ministers dated 14 June 2005. Accordingly, I recall:
candidate for the scholarship – only one – should bet each school for youth, which enable pupils to obtain a certificate of maturity (in band schools – one candidate from each school)
the candidate must fulfill the conditions laid down in Article. 90 hours paragraph. 2 of the Act on the education system and must still be in the school year 2017/2018, which will be awarded a scholarship student of the school.
In typing candidates follow the contents of § 2 para. 1-5 quoted above regulation, the following principles and terms:
Candidates for the scholarship of the Prime Minister picks the student council or the committee referred to in § 2. 1 of the Regulation.

From the above wording that to receive a scholarship of the Prime Minister, the student must meet at least one of the following conditions:
get a promotion with honors, while obtaining the highest in the school grade point average or
demonstrate a special talent in at least one area of expertise, resulting in the highest scores, and in other fields of knowledge at least good results.
The application must be accompanied by a statement expressing consent to the processing of personal data contained in the application for a scholarship, as well as the publication on the website of the Board of Education in Krakow name and the name of the scholarship holder and the seat of the school.
Applications for the scholarship of the President of the Council of Ministers should be submitted to the Board of Education, ul. Ujastek 1, 31-752 Krakow, within the deadline referred to in the introduction (the date stamp on a log a feeding).
