ASEM DUO-Korea Fellowship Programme
The Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) is an intergovernmental process created in 1996 to promote dialogue and cooperation between Asia and Europe. The ASEM-DUO Secretariat offers the DUO-Korea Scholarship Program for undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at universities.
This scholarship was created in 2010 with the aim of promoting the exchange of people between Sweden and the Asian countries in a balanced way.
Value: The duration of the scholarship is limited to one semester (or 4 months, whichever comes first). The amount of the scholarships is standardized as follows; € 3,500 for Asian students and € 3,500 for Swedish students in a high-income country. For medium and low-income countries, the Asian student earns 4,000 euros and the Swedish student 3,000 euros.
