INSEAD Louis Vuitton Scholarship | MBA Scholarship for Indian and Chinese Students
Applications for the INSEAD Louis Vuitton Scholarship are now invited. This is exclusively open to students from China and India. To be eligible, he or she must have secured a place to study at INSEAD MBA programme. The winning students will receive benefit of maximum €25,000. Louis Vuitton is a French luxury fashion house founded in 1854 by the trunk-maker and leather goods specialist who gave it his name. The fashion house has built its success on the excellence of its savoir-faire and its passion for creation, passed down through generations. With 19,000 employees established in more than 65 countries, it offers today a global range of luxury products including fine leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes, watches and jewelry, fine jewelry, accessories, books and stationery. It has been part of the LVMH group (Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton) since 1987.
The winners of the INSEAD Louis Vuitton Scholarship may expect to receive up to €25,000.

Eligibility and Criteria
To be eligible for the INSEAD Louis Vuitton Scholarship, candidates must first be admitted to the INSEAD MBA programme. They must be a national of China or India, have lived or studied in one of these countries and ideally completed their first professional experience there as well. Preference will be given to candidates who require proven financial assistance. Experience in retail is a plus.
Only Indian and Chinese students are invited to apply.
All candidates are required to write an essay prompting the topic questions below:
- In 350-400 words (a) analyse and discuss the requirements for success in the luxury business in your country today, (b) describe how you envisage contributing to the future development of your country after graduation and (c) why you should be selected for this scholarship.
- In 150-200 words provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as a cash flow forecast for the year at INSEAD (details of income set against expenditures).
