Hokkaido University is inviting applications  for scholarships from first-year master’s female students (Japanese or privately financed international students). Scholarships are awarded in the field of science and technology including chemistry, electronics, machine and nuclear energy.

Hokkaido University, or Hokudai, is one of the national universities of Japan. It is a member of the National Seven Universities, which were established as the best national higher education or research institute.

Students need to demonstrate that they have a good level of written and spoken English.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing master’s programme within the Graduate School of Environmental Science.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of science and technology including chemistry, electronics, machine and nuclear energy.

Scholarship Award: ¥120,000 per month for 2 years from April 2017 to March 2019.

Number of Scholarships: Up to one person from the Graduate School of Environmental Science.

Scholarship can be taken in Japan

Eligibility: First-year master’s female students (Japanese or privately financed international students) as of April 2017, who major the field of science and technology including chemistry, electronics, machine and nuclear energy.

Nationality: Japanese and international students can apply for these scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have bachelor’s degree.

English Language Requirement: Students need to demonstrate that they have a good level of written and spoken English.

How to Apply: Applicants should be sent by post.
