Oxford Brookes University is inviting applications for de Rohan Scholarship at for September 2017 entry. The scholarship is awarded to one full-time or part-time student studying the MA Creative Writing, MA English, or MA History or MA by Research in the History of Art in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The de Rohan Scholarship is gifted by the de Rohan family in memoriam of their family members who met and fell in love whilst studying at Oxford Brookes.
Oxford Brookes University is a public university in Oxford, England. It can trace its origins to 1865 when the former Oxford School of Art was established. The university was renamed in 1992 to honour its former principal, John Henry Brookes.
Course Level: Scholarship is available for studying the MA Creative Writing, MA English, MA History, or MA by Research in the History of Art.

Scholarship Award: The scholarship will provide a £7,000 payment towards the costs of your tuition fees and will be awarded on the basis of a personal statement.

- Applications will only be accepted from students who have already been made a conditional or unconditional offer by Oxford Brookes University.
- Students should apply for your place on the course and then submit your scholarship application.
- The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of the personal statement. You should clearly explain why you are following the MA course; what you hope to contribute to the course and the discipline; and what you hope achieving the MA will contribute to your career and/or personal development.
