Entries for the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) – ASEAN Foundation (AF) Scholarship are now accepted. This scholarship available for students who are the citizens of ASEAN. Eligible candidates should be under 30 years of age and will be pursuing master or postgraduate degree at Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI), Thailand. This year, there five awards available. Those awards cover all of the related expenses. To apply, the application packet must be submitted no later than 31 October 2017.
The Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) and the ASEAN Foundation (AF) have entered into an agreement to develop highly qualified human resources in the area of science and technology within ASEAN member countries through the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute – ASEAN Foundation Post-Graduate Scholarship Program in Science and Technology.
Each of the winning applicants will receive benefit of award covering tuition and other academic fees, round trip airfare, accommodation allowance, monthly stipend, book allowance, health insurance and others.
Level and Area of Studies
Master and postgraduate program in Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology and Chemical Biology.
Place of Study
At Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) in Thailand.
Eligibility and Criteria
To be eligible, all candidates must meet the criteria as follow:
- Be under 30 years of age and hold a Bachelor Degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 in one of the fields above. Applicants from other related fields are also welcome to apply.
- Have at least 1 year of scientific laboratory research experiences
- Applicants must have demonstrated English proficiency, preferably on one of two recognized test of language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS)
- Applicants must provide a statement of purpose explaining their interests in the study
Eligible candidates should be the citizen of one the following countries: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesian , Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.
