The Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships support candidates to study Master’s degree courses that are either offered in partnership with universities in developing countries, or delivered directly by UK institutions

The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (also known as the Global UGRAD Program) provides one semester scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students from around the world for non-degree full-time study combined with community service, professional development, and cultural enrichment. The scholarship will cover international travel, tuition, room and board, accident/sickness insurance, a small monthly stipend, and funding for books.

Freshmen students are invited to apply to the 2017 Future Global Leaders Fellowship, an internationally competitive program granting first generation and low-income students entry into the Fortis Society – the world’s first private network for diverse leaders. The Endeavour VET Scholarship provides financial support for international applicants to undertake VET at a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree level in any field in Australia for up to two and a half years. The scholarship includes travel allowance, establishment allowance, and monthly stipend

A number of Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford Scholarships to students from developing countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because equivalent educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries. The scholarships cover university fees and college fees, a grant for living expenses and one return air fare per year

9. Full-Term Scholarships for Undergraduate Studies in Singapore, 2017

The Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SgIS) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for  full-term scholarships  These scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate studies.

The Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SgIS) is the only multi-industry scholarship in partnership with the Singapore Government.

10.  The Juniper Networks Engineering Scholarship

California, Virginia, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Canada.
