If you are from the lower-income family backgrounds and need fund to study, Harvard Business School gives you the opportunity to apply for “HBS Forward Fellowship”. Fellowship is intended to help and support students from lower-income backgrounds who have carried significant financial burdens or obligations. The award is intended to alleviate some of their financial concerns and to help them make an investment in themselves. Award range of the fellowship varies from $10,000–$20,000.

Harvard Business School is the graduate business school of Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The school offers a large full-time MBA program, doctoral programs, HBX and many executive education programs.

This fellowship is designed for students from lower-income family backgrounds who may carry significant financial burdens or obligations. These include (but are not limited to) those who:

  • Grew up in a lower-income household
  • Provide parents with financial support during their MBA program
  • Plan to provide primary financial support to parents beyond their MBA
