Program Description: 

Colorado State University is one of the nation’s top research universities, offering a world-class education through more than 150 programs of study. CSU faculty tackle critical local and global issues, and provide an enriching and rewarding student learning experience that combines intellectual classroom pursuits with hands-on experience in the field and laboratory.   CSU is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Fort Collins, a city of about 155,000. CSU offers four scholarships of one half of nonresident tuition (approximately $12,000), to graduate students of any discipline and from any Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economy.
