The CEW Scholarship Program at the University of Michigan, USA
The University of Michigan annually establishes a wide range of scholarships that specially available to women applicants. The value of the scholarship is range from $1000 to $10,000/person. The eligibility criteria of each scholarship awards may be different.
A wide range of scholarships are available for returning women students was established in 1970 to honor the academic performance and potential of women whose education has been interrupted and to commemorate the one hundredth anniversary of the admission of women to the University of Michigan.
Thanks to the generosity of individuals and foundations, CEW has awarded over 1,500 scholarships since 1970. CEW Scholarship Awards are invaluable, since they often mean the difference between completing a degree or not doing so for many students at the University of Michigan. Due to the generosity of donors, CEW was able to expand the program in 2008 to include additional scholarships for male and female students on the Ann Arbor campus.

All level of studies in any subjects are eligible.

Eligibility and Criteria
- Must be attending the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, Flint, Dearborn Campuses).
- For Undergraduates, have aminimum two-year (24 month) consecutive interruption in education anytime since high school OR Primary Caregiver
- For Graduate Students, have a minimum five-year (60 month) consecutive interruption in education anytime since high school OR Primary Caregiver
US students may apply this scholarship.
