This year, a number of Advancing Science Through Pfizer – Investigator Research Exchange awards available for European investigators. This award aimed to support research in the area of Haemophilia for maximum 18 months. Up to five awards are now available, each of those amounting approximately €60,000. The application deadline is 31 October 2017.
The Advancing Science Through Pfizer – Investigator Research Exchange award is mainly purposed to support basic science, translational and research through a competitive grants program advances medical knowledge in the pathogen treatment of both haemophilia A and B. The research will taken for duration no later than 18 months.
Each of the selected candidates will receive about €60,000, however, it might be updated at the time of the grant awarded.
Level and Area of Studies
Research program focusing on optimising care for patients with haemophilia but not limited to, real-world data, pharmacy, inhibitor management, patient-reported outcome assessment, management of mild and mod general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, and m co-morbidities.
Place of Study
The research will be taken in Europe.
Eligibility and Criteria
To be eligible for an investigator award, applicants must have a professional degree MD, PhD, or equivalent. Please contact the employer for further information.
