2017 Young Investigator FAPESP Awards in Brazil

Sao Paulo Research Foundation is pleased to call for applications for Young Investigator Awards. These awards are open to  young researchers of Brazil. The Objective of this award is to  enable the creation of job opportunities for highly qualified young researchers or group of highly qualified young researchers, especially in emerging research institutions. Applicants are reminded that the must meet with the eligibility requirement or stand the chance of disqualification.

São Paulo Research Foundation is a public foundation located in São Paulo, Brazil, with the aim of providing grants, funds and programs to support research, education.

Course Level: These awards are available to pursue research.

Study Subject: These awards are available in new research areas in traditional institutions.

Scholarship Award: These awards will cover the following:

  • The Young Investigator Award may last up to 48 months, with the possibility of a 12-month extension in exceptional conditions and justification approved by FAPESP.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Applicants must be Scientific Initiation, Masters, PhD, Direct Doctorate, Postdoctorate, and Young Investigator.

Nationality: Brazilian applicants can apply for these awards.

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must be researchers.
