In addition, please provide a statement of 500 words minimum (1000 maximum) outlining your Leadership/management skills or potential OR how you can demonstrate through your ideas how you would contribute to bringing the class together through teamwork to create community, from the outset, in order to achieve the ultimate learning (and social) experience for the group as a whole.
